Mazda RX3 Project
Hazel
Hazel is a mid 1970s Mazda RX3 named after her original owner. We started our Mazda RX3 project as a simple plan to paint the exterior and rebuild the engine. As it turns out, nothing is ever that simple. We realized we needed to do more to really bring this car back to it's glory days of the 1970s. We have a go at refurbishing every area of the car. Some parts get rebuilt, some get replaced, and ultimately this 1970s Mazda RX3 will shine once again on the roads of California.
Tesla Model 3 Ownership
Ruby
Ruby is a 2018 Tesla Model 3. We picked her up from the Tesla factory in Fremont, California. She's essentially a large computer with 4 wheels and is an absolute BLAST to drive. We'll be making videos about how awesome she really is and anything that might go wrong along the way.

Embrace the different - especially when it is highly efficient.
The Mazda Rotary engine produces more horsepower per cubic centimeter than any other internal combustion engine ever made. Electric cars have been attempted since the mid 1970s. Historically, EV companies were always bought out by "the big 3" or an oil company and then silenced. Tesla, backed by Elon Musk's wealth, couldn't be bought out. And so...we have amazing automobiles highly efficient and fully electric. |
+ More
Other things we do at Let's Talk Shop are a bit eclectic. When we use a new product, usually car or garage/shop related, we make a YouTube video about it. We also appreciate the benefits of cryptocurrency and will provide review/commentary as we feel necessary. Early on we dabbled with music videos and moved those projects to our YouTube channel Riverseine Productions.
